The June Cleaver No-Frills Homebaked Goodness Cooking Course doesn't take all day, either. In about 4 hours, we make bread, pie and jelly, from start to finish. The class is set up to smoothly transition between items so as not to waste time. Below is a general schedule:

Class size is 2-4 participants.
Class time is Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to about 1 p.m. However, we often have a class form at a different time or day; please contact me if you'd like to be put on a waiting list for one of those classes. I can be especially flexible if you already have another participant to take the class with you.
You will take home recipes, your loaf of bread, half a pie, and 2 half-pints of jelly. Not to mention the confidence to recreate everything in your own kitchen! Bring a large-enough container for the pie and a bag for the bread.
Class cost is $45. This covers all ingredients, tools, and oven time. I accept cash, credit, checks or PayPal (3% additional service fee with credit cards or PayPal).
Class location is north Boise.
